We offer a business-to-business text messaging program through which we send SMS messages to auto dealer owners, managers, and prospective customers who contact us and expressly opt in. This program is operated for sales and support purposes only and is not consumer marketing.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile telephone number through our Contact Us form. The form presents two separate consent checkboxes, each unchecked by default: (1) consent to receive transactional and conversational text messages, and (2) consent to receive promotional text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services.

Types of Messages

• Transactional and conversational messages include demo scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, replies and follow-ups regarding your inquiry, and account and support messages.
• Promotional messages, sent only if you check the promotional consent box, include occasional product updates, news, and offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

How We Treat Your Mobile and SMS Consent Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent to any third parties, affiliates, partners, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The only exception is that we may share this information with the service providers and aggregators that help us deliver our text messages, such as our SMS and CRM messaging platform and the telecommunications carriers that transmit the messages, and only as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging program. Any information shared with these service providers is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering and operating the messaging service and is subject to confidentiality obligations.

All other categories of disclosure described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services described above. We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
